This was my first home purchase experience and as a single mom, making one of the biggest financial decisions of my life, I had thought the process would be very daunting. I had met Adrienne a few months ago and right away, I knew I could trust her with such a decision and she made the process as seamless as possible. I was not quite ready for the purchase then and she added me to the listserv to receive listings in my area periodically. The home buying decision really happened serendipitously when an email popped up showing a condo available for purchase right behind where I lived and the first open house was scheduled the Sunday before Thanksgiving. I fell in love with the place as soon as I saw it and called Adrienne to let her know. She met me within the hour and even though the open house had ended, she arranged for a private showing. I find Adrienne not pushy, very easy to talk to and I love how she lays down both the positives and the negatives and lets you make a more balanced decision. We decided to make an offer the next day. Mind you, all of these dealings were taking place two days before Thanksgiving with an aggressive closing date before Christmas holidays. Adrienne coordinated everything superbly from home inspection, the title company, recommending the mortgage company and most of all, was always responsive to my emails at all times of the day and even did several facetime chats. On the home inspection, I remember she still came in even though she had accidentally twisted her ankle the night before and was going to see the doctor right after meeting with me! Always with a smile, Adrienne would answer my 101 queries in a reassuring and calming manner and her service does not end with closing! Even after closing, while the holidays were well underway, Adrienne while away in Europe, coordinated with the seller’s agent on the handover and even found the time to facetime me to check on me, exchange tips on decorating ideas and even putting me in touch with her own contractors who did her house to paint and redo my floors. I know I have not just won a great real estate agent but a longtime friend! And that’s how I feel Adrienne treats all her clients!
